Stephen Amaechi Chinemelum is the second son of Michael and Hannah Ekii Chinemelum. Born on the 9th of September,1968, in Nri, Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State – South East Nigeria.

EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT
He started his early education at Onyeabor Memorial Primary School, Onitsha, in 1973 and passed out with a First School Leaving Certificate in 1979. He attended the famous Christ the King College, Onitsha, in Anambra State from 1980 and passed out with a General Certificate of Education (ordinary level) in 1993.

With a meagre family financial status, he self-started himself first with paid employment in some organizations as an unskilled employee and various attempts at entrepreneurship. This did not distract his focus on going higher in education. He is a graduate of Business Administration with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business administration and Management. In addition, he holds a master’s degree in Management and membership in many professional bodies, including the prestigious Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA), where he sits with other institute fellows.

Stephen has traversed many terrains in education and the business world as a businessman and entrepreneur. Little wonder his astuteness in successfully piloting many blue-chip organizations.

He has attended many professional courses, seminars, and workshops both locally and internationally. These include workshops/Seminars organized by the Chartered Institute of Administration, Nigeria; Institute of Commerce in Liberia, as well as Entrepreneurial Courses in Austria, Germany, France and China. As a Franchise Manufacturer, he is a member of three (3) districts of Chambers of Commerce Associations in china. He has a membership in different trade associations across the globe and is a major sponsor of the Scholars Chamber of Commerce, among others.

WORK AND FAMILY
After different stints in paid employment, business and entrepreneurship, Amaechi settled down to incorporating Macstam Global Integrated Limited (a conglomerate of diverse subjects) as the founding Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Over the years, he has piloted the affairs of this company to greater heights and success.

In 2017, he became the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Fedan Investment Limited – A franchise manufacturer of lights, phone accessories, close circuit cameras/television monitors (CCTV) and allied products. Since then, FIL (as it’s referred to) has taken a vintage position and become a company of envy among similar industry operators and competition.

Furthermore, Chinemelum sits on the board of many companies locally and internationally. He is an active and very prominent personality in his community, local council, and the state he comes from. He is the chairman and chief executive of Fedan Football Club/Academy (FedanFC), in addition to his role as the chairman board of trustees of the Fedan Foundation.

Stephen is a practical and devoted Christian and has a ministry – God’s Divine Treasure Praying Ministry; which caters to its members’ spiritual and material needs. God has used him mightily to flourish this ministry as the General Overseer.

He is married to Mary Chinemelum, and they are both blessed with four (4) children. They co-own the flourishing Frost Royal Treasure Kids Nursery and Primary School.
