International Scholars Centre for Commerce and Industry (ISCCI BUSINESS HUB) is an arm of the Scholars Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
ISCCI BUSINESS HUB has so far trained several startups and SME operators and equipped them for turning products and services into cash and earning profits, income and commissions along the line.
ISCCI BUSINESS HUB has the capacity to galvanize various business organizations into a single hub. This no doubt bring about various benefits to the participating businesses in so many avenues such as:
1. USE OF OUR BUSINESS HUBS IN VARIOUS CAMPUSES: Participating companies can take advantage of our presence in various campuses and institutions to site there businesses in those locations.
2. TRAINING/CAPACITY BUILDING: The hub goes a long way to enhance our target of training 150,000 startups per annum; capacity building for 15,000 businesses per annum in subjects such as energy efficiency assessment, technology upgrade, business expansion, productivity development etc.; coaching and mentoring about 100,000 businesses via online business advice etc. These attract Development partners.
3. MARKETING: The ISCCI Business Hub engages in showcasing, exhibition, running demos, website and web based portals, freelance selling and marketing, all aimed at giving viability and visibility to businesses.
4. CO-WORKING STATIONS: The ISCCI Business Hub provides workspaces, hot desking (that is using us as address to receive letters, correspondences, rooms for businesses and meetings with tea and coffee served) all on daily fees.
5. TELE-CONFERENCING/MEETING HALLS: The ISCCI Business Hub has ultramodern tele-conferencing room with virtual infrastructure such as Zoom, Google-meet etc. charged per hour.
6. BUSINESS CENTRE: At the business centre, the ISCCI Business Hub provides services such as photocopying, printing, POS/ATM, computer training, branding etc.
7. BUSINESS INNOVATION CENTRES (BIC): This uses the triple helix model of knowledge transfers to incubate small units of startups in partnership with private sector working with universities and research centres.
8. ONE-STOP-SHOP: This is put in place at the ISCCI Business Hub for our clients to have all needed support such as registrations (CAC, Patent, Trademarks, Intellectual property, Packaging/branding).
