Arnold Jackson is a Fellow of the Scholars Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is the South East Regional Coordinator of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC). In his role as Regional Coordinator, Jackson coordinates all non-oil export activities in the five South-Eastern States of Nigeria. He is a leading expert on Services Export.

Arnold Jackson has several certifications in non-oil export from international organisations including:

■ Commonwealth Secretariat, London
■ United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO)

He has facilitated dozens of non-oil export-focused programmes in Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America.
